Towing
After an accident, it can be a scary and frustrating time. If you can’t drive your car to the shop, we can help arrange towing. We also offer a shuttle service, so dropping off your car is quick and easy.
Insurance claim
At Crossroads Collision, we work with all insurance companies. We will inspect your vehicle and send the information and photos to the adjuster. We make sure to get clear images that show the extent of the damage for the adjuster. After we complete the inspection, we will write the repair estimate. The repair estimate will show everything that needs to be repaired, or replaced, and the cost of parts and labor.
Once that is finished, we send the estimate to the insurance adjuster. It may take a few days for the adjuster to get back to us, and after it is accepted, you can make an appointment to begin the repairs.
Repairs
Every vehicle is different, and the amount of time it will take to fix your car will vary depending on the severity of the damage and they type and size of the vehicle. We will update you on the status of your vehicle’s repair and will do our best to get your car back to you as soon as possible with the highest quality repairs.
